
Ordering Information
Orders placed online through PhotoAffections are received by our personnel Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central time. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you right after you complete the checkout process. If you do not receive this email, please contact us to confirm the order was finalized. The status of your order may also be checked at any time by logging into your account. Your order will ship within 2-3 business days. One additional processing day is required for orders placed after 7 PM Central time. Once your order ships, you can track your package by referring to the shipment confirmation email you will receive on the ship date or by checking the status from your account.
Our normal turnaround time for your first proof is one to two business days. After you approve your proof (when received before 7 PM Central time), your order will be shipped within two business days. Proofs are available for Arte Bella products by written, order-note request. A proof of the front view will be provided. We do not provide 3D proofing of photo blocks.
Availability of the Online Preview Tool requires the use of Internet Explorer version 7 or 8, Firefox, Chrome or Safari with Adobe Flash Player.
The Preview Tool is intended for broadband Internet connections and requires no software downloads. If you experience technical issues, please double check the browser version you're using. You may also wish to temporarily disable any stringent security software which may block certain JavaScript functions. Please feel free to contact us if you experience any unusual issues!
For orders using our Online Preview System, just upload your images while previewing your card. These images will be submitted to us automatically when you place your order. If you place your order without creating a preview, please refer to your confirmation email for photo upload instructions.

In addition to the Online Preview, if you've opted to receive a free digital proof, you'll get a proof notification via email within 1 business day. To provide you with the quickest turnaround time possible, if changes/corrections are needed, please be as thorough as possible in your first proof response, as each response may extend the order by a full business day.
Please be reasonably confident in the images you've selected before placing an order by screening your images on your computer. Be sure to consider horizontal/vertical images compared to the orientation of the design sample, in addition to overall quality (i.e. clarity, resolution, exposure, etc.).
PhotoAffections.com™ accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as PayPal.
Orders begin printing as soon as your order is submitted. If you’ve opted to receive a digital proof for card or magnet orders, we’ll begin printing your order once we've received your proof approval. Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. One additional processing day is required for orders placed after 7 PM Central time. We offer overnight, expedited and standard ground shipping options to U.S. physical addresses. Orders to P.O. boxes, FPO, APO, and U.S. possessions require standard shipping method. Arte Bella products are shipped via FedEx and require a physical address.

Due to the absolutely unique nature of the Arte Bella product line, all photo block sales are final once we have begun production, so please make sure that all photos and text are correct and placed to your satisfaction before submitting your order. We have specialists look over every order before printing and we will contact you if the photos being used are not good enough quality for an exceptional print. We will provide you with the opportunity to upload new photos or continue with the order.
If you wish to use copyright protected photographs in your order, please obtain a copyright release from your photographer. After placing your order, please email us the copyright releases at customercare@photoaffections.com.
In purchasing cards that contain copyrighted images, you agree to hold harmless and defend PhotoAffections for all costs, expenses, attorney's fees and judgments resulting from any claims that the work produced violates any copyright or other proprietary right of any individual.
