PhotoAffections' rich and luxurious 13pt premium cardstock paper is manufactured with 100% recycled materials in plants operated by Green e-certified wind power. Available in Glossy finish (great for rich colors and sharpness) or a Matte finish (fingerprint resistant and perfect for both color and black & white photos). Our 13pt double-thick cardstock will give you picture-perfect invitations, announcements and photo cards every time.
It's easy – just use either one promo code or one voucher per transaction. Sorry but discount offers cannot be combined. However, if you forget to enter your code during checkout, just contact us and we'll add any valid code to your order and credit you the difference. Our versatile Online Preview tool is incredibly useful in rendering accurate previews. Please double check the placement and spelling of all photos and text on your card. As you're reviewing your order, it will be easier on you and most helpful to us if you'd keep the following in mind while you're using the tool:

To use our Preview Tool, you just need to browse our site with a recent version of Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer or Safari with Adobe Flash player enabled.
The Preview Tool is intended for broadband internet connections and requires no software downloads. If you experience technical issues, please double check which browser version you're using, and feel free to contact us if you experience any issues.
We can absolutely make changes to card and magnet orders! Special requests are our specialty. Feel free to request design color alterations - pointing us to another design which has the color(s) you prefer. Simply note your preference in the "Talk to our Designers" section in Step 2 of the Online Preview tool and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Also, you may add any text you wish, such as Bible verses, poems, vacation locations, and, of course, names. Our text placement is only limited by space; however, we can also place text in or on the actual photo itself, in addition to the traditional space at the end of the card. Please make these requests in Step 2 of the Online Preview tool or in the Special Instructions box during checkout.
Due to the unique nature of the Arte Bella product line, design customization requests cannot be accommodated.

We're a custom photo lab and have decades of combined experience in proper photo retouching, finishing, printing, and most important - COLOR!
Absolutely! In fact, if you wish to convert your color photo to Black and White or Sepia tone, we're happy to and actually prefer to do it for you. We use a special process and will work with your image(s) to create a quality, high-contrast image - free of charge!
For orders placed with our Online Preview Tool please note, unfortunately, that any color conversions you perform while in the tool won't match the final outcome. The online editing tool is really best for basic preview purposes only. Instead, and assuming you submit quality images, we'll work with all your images individually to get the best result.
Our minimum order quantity is 5. We keep your finished card on file 60 days from when the order was placed.
To place your reorder:
- Log into your account.
- Click the "My Order" icon.
- Select the "re-order" button.
- Fill out the short form and submit.
We'll print and ship your re-order within 2-3 business days. Reorders placed after 7 PM Central time require an additional day to process.
For orders placed using the Online Preview Tool, your images will be automatically submitted with your order. So you don't need to resubmit them.
For orders outside of the Preview Tool, for the quickest response times please have your images ready when you place your order. You'll have the opportunity to upload your images immediately after checkout. If you're not ready to upload your files at checkout, simply return to the upload page at a later time by logging in to your account.

Good question! When you place an order at PhotoAffections.com, the sensitive data you transmit is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. This technology creates a secure connection between you and our server; as a result, your information will not be captured by those who may wish to spy on you.
Furthermore, PhotoAffections.com uses our own 256-bit SSL Certificate provided to us by Verisign. This is important to note because some companies use a "shared SSL certificate" which is shared by other users and hosted on a different server. When you make a purchase with us, you'll notice that the URL always begins with our domain name, and you never leave our site.
With every order, we first adjust your original image to the best of our ability and wherever possible. Additionally, with all orders of 75 cards or more, at your request and at our discretion, we'll also correct minor scratches and minor skin blemishes such as acne. Depending upon the location and in most cases, we can also remove date stamps. We'll do our best, but please know that our ability to make these corrections is not guaranteed. You may request these edits on Step 2 of the Preview Tool or in the special instructions during checkout.
Please note, that extensive editing, (i.e., removing/moving people, removing large objects, eliminating or changing backgrounds) is beyond the scope of our services.
Once your order is placed, your custom cards will be printed and shipped within 2-3 business days. For more details please see our full shipping schedule.
For timely production and delivery we suggest ordering Photo Christmas Cards by December 10th. For orders placed after this date we recommend expedited or overnight shipping.

This varies; each greeting card or announcement can accommodate different amounts of text according to the design. When you're considering a card, look at the sample text used in that particular card. As you'll see in several designs, we can place text on top of your image, but this may also be limited depending on your photo. For instance, if there's a lot of sky or water, inserting text wouldn't be a problem.
While it's best not to get carried away with lots of text, honestly the worst that could happen is that there's simply too much to fit. In this case, we'll design your card using our best judgment.
Due to the unique nature of the Arte Bella product line, design customization requests cannot be accommodated.
You can freely crop, zoom and rotate your images in our completely "live" environment. These edits are automatically saved as part of your order.
It's very important that all the digital images you send be at the highest resolution possible so that cropping produces good results.
We always include extra envelopes with your order. Typically, you'll receive one extra envelope for every 25 cards ordered.
Our 5 x 7 products do not require any extra postage. Our 5.25 x 5.25 square designs, however, do require additional postage due to USPS regulations when you use a square envelope. Alternatively, we offer a rectangular envelope with a fitted pocket at no additional charge. Choose this option when placing your order to avoid additional postage costs. If you decide to use square envelopes please be sure to check with your local post office or visit usps.com for current postage rates to mail square envelopes.
At this time we are unable to accept greeting card orders by phone.
We can accept professional images for creating your order. However, if the photo is copyright protected, we must receive permission from the photographer to print. Please email the copyright release to our customer care center as an attachment. Our email address can be found in your order confirmation message.
If you have personal digital photos in JPEG format and with sufficient resolution and quality, you can use them on our photo phone cases.

Good question! Our Slim Photo Phone Case offers a low profile and light hand feel, whereas our Extra Durable Photo Phone Case offers a snug-fitting impact-resistant inner bumper. However, either case helps to keep your phone safe from daily wear and tear. Plus, with the combination of Color Integration Technology and flexible yet durable materials, our mobile cases will keep your phone stylish and secure.
Simply slide your phone into the Slim hard-shell case, starting at the top. Align the phone buttons with the case holes and then gently snap the case into place.
If you have an Extra Durable case, simply remove the flexible bumper from the shell and place it around your phone. Slide your bumper-wrapped phone into the case, starting at the top. Align the phone buttons with the case holes and then gently snap the case into place.
Whether you're removing a Slim or Extra Durable Photo Phone Case, turn the phone so that its back faces you. Apply pressure to the bottom corners to create a space between the phone and case. Using your fingers, gently pry the space open, and the case will pop right off.

Our Extra Durable Photo Phone Case for the iPhone 5 is only compatible with the Apple Lightning to 30-pin Adapter (2.m) - available here. However, if you don't have this particular Apple Lightning adapter or don't wish to purchase one, the USB to Lightning cable that came with your iPhone 5 is completely compatible with our Extra Durable cases.

We accept JPEG images that can be uploaded from your computer, as well as from Instagram, Facebook, Picasa and Flickr accounts.
