Plan ahead - Save time!
Congratulations on your pregnancy! We are pleased to be able to offer expectant mothers a convenient and time-saving way to prepare and send their photo birth announcements.
The Plan
All our cards and photo birth announcements come with premium 70 lb. envelopes, with one extra envelope provided for every 25 ordered. However, if you wish to save time, you may preorder a minimum of 50 envelopes as far in advance as you wish. The amount you paid for your envelopes (minus shipping) will be credited to you after you order your birth announcements. Unlike other companies, there is NO NEED to actually choose a design, and provide payment for your announcements at this time. Simply order your cards when you are ready.
When placing the actual announcement order, you must notify us in the "Special Instructions Box" during checkout that you have already received your envelopes from us. We will credit you .25 per announcement before finalizing the charges for your order.
Special Considerations
We do rotate our design selections on occasion. If the design you wish to order is not visible on the site when you are ready to order your announcements, you may order any style and let us know the previous "Style Name" you were interested in. We do NOT erase or delete our earlier designs. With this in mind, you may want to make a note of the birth announcement style you are interested in when ordering your envelopes.
We are closed on three occasions throughout the year; a week in May and August, in addition to the latter half of December.For 2008 we will be on break the weeks of May 25th and August 17th. Although orders may be placed at any time for future processing, please note these times to prevent any delays.
Terms
This program is reserved as a special courtesy for expectant mothers who intend to order birth announcements through PhotoAffections.com. We do not offer this program for any other category of announcements or cards - we can only provide credits for envelopes purchased through PhotoAffections. Additionally, due to the relatively short amount of time our orders take to process, we do not ship envelopes in advance for regular orders that are not part of this program.
Please note, that it is not our intent to sell envelopes separately from our photo cards. We do not accept returns on envelopes. Should you decide to order announcements elsewhere that better suit your needs, please keep in mind that all envelope sales are final.
