Inserting Text: When entering personalization into the text fields, you may type as much as you like in each box. You will see everything you have typed once you add the item to your cart.

How much text: While there is a limit to the amount of text we can place on your card, there is no limit to how much text you may enter in these boxes while on the web site; you can cursor back and forth to see what you have typed. Remember to check your spelling as you type!

We will always do our best to accomodate the amount of text you wish to appear on your card. However, due to the design styles, it is not always possible to place the text exactly as you specify; some cards have more or less room than others. If we are unable to accomodate your instructions, we will place the text according to our best judgement. Remember, you will see up to four proofs at no charge, before we print your order.

Special Instructions: You can include detailed comments and instructions regarding your personalization during the checkout process. Remember, that you will always be able to view up to four Proofs of your card free of charge before we print your order. Additional Proofs are $10 each.

Special Sentiments: If you wish to format your personalization ahead of time, or wish to include a more lengthy sentiment such as a short poem or Bible Verse, you may simply state "sending by e-mail" in the first personalization field. After placing your order, send an e-mail to us by using our online form for orders "in process." (This form is avaliable at any time by clicking "HELP" link at the top of each page.) You will also receive an e-mail link in your order confirmation email. Remember to include your name, contact information and your order number.

Made a Mistake: Important: Once you add the card to your cart, you cannot edit it. If you notice a mistake, simply delete the item from your cart, and begin again.
