Birth Announcements How To Order
Submit an order in a snap at PhotoAffections.com™. Your birth announcements, wedding announcements, holiday photo cards or photo birthday invitations can be on their way to you in just a few days. Below you can read more about the process and find links to other information on our site to help you with your order.
- View our entire collection first. You never know, the design that suits you best may be on the last page! For expectant mothers interested in our designer birth announcements, you can save time by pre-ordering your envelopes up to two weeks prior to placing your announcement order. It isn't necessary to have a final design decision made when pre-ordering envelopes.
- Once you've chosen your design, simply fill in the text boxes with the appropriate information. For birth announcements be sure to provide your baby's name exactly as you wish it to appear and include all of the birth info as well. Check your text, type in your desired quantity, and click "Add to Cart."
- Proceed through the checkout process. Be sure to have your payment information handy. Orders are "authorized" for payment at checkout.
- After checkout, upload your images using our photo upload form. For your convenience, you can submit your images right after checkout or return to the site later. Just don't forget. We can't start work on your order until we receive your images. We suggest reading our photo information prior to placing your order - or better, prior to taking pictures.
- In 1 to 2 business days (M-F) after submitting your order, you will receive an email inviting you to review your online proof (if you have requested one). If everything is okay, simply approve your proof. If changes/corrections are needed, submit a revision request using the online form. Proof process.
- Upon proof approval, your order will ship in one to two business days. Most orders are received by our customers in 2-4 business days after shipment. Proof and Shipping schedule.
