Submitting an order is a snap with photoaffections.com - your birth announcements, wedding announcements, or holiday photo cards can be on their way to you in just a few days. Below you can read more about the process, and find links to other information on our site to help you with your order.

View our entire collection first - you never know... the design that suits your style best may be on the last page! For expectant mothers interested in our designer birth announcements, you can save time by pre-ordering your envelopes up to two weeks prior to placing your announcement order. It isn't necessary to decide the design you want when ordering envelopes.

Once you've chosen your design, simply fill in the text boxes with the appropriate information. For birth announcements, be sure to provide your baby's name exactly as you wish it to appear and include all of the birth info as well. Check your text, type in your desired quantity, then click "Add to Cart."

Proceed through the checkout process - be sure to have your payment information handy - orders are "authorized" for payment at checkout. We "capture" funds upon proof approval.

After checkout, upload your images using our photo upload form. For your convenience, you can submit your images right after checkout, or return to the site later. Just don't forget - we can't start work on your order until receiving your images. We suggest reading our photo information prior to placing your order - or better, prior to taking pictures.

In 2 to 3 business days (M-F) after submitting your images, you will receive an email inviting you to review your online proof. If everything is okay, simply approve your proof - if changes/corrections are needed, submit a revision request using the online form. Proof process.

Upon proof approval, your order will ship in one, to two business days. Most orders are received by our customers in 2-5 business days after shipment. Proof and Shipping schedule.
